Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

There is a standard $18 flat rate charge on all shipments purchased from our READY TO WEAR. We also offer 2-3 day shipping and overnight too. We are currently only shipping within the United States but do make special exceptions. See below. Please email our shop owner KristenK@loveydoveydesigns.com with any questions. All packages come with a tracking number that will be emailed to you upon placing your order.

We offer custom services in which you, the client, are responsible for shipping your item(s) you wish to customize to our studio. We offer FREE ground shipping within the U.S. back to you once your item is completed. We also give you a tracking number.

Please contact us for shipping rates outside the Continental United States. Shipping rates are subject to change. Lovey Dovey Designs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once it is out of our hands and in the carriers, we are not responsible. You must contact the carrier yourself to find your package.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom painted items.
